Aswaqi provides multiple shipping options for wholesale orders, including air freight, sea freight and local door-to-door delivery. This policy explains how the shipping information shown on the Aswaqi Shipping & Delivery page applies to customer orders.
This Shipping Policy applies to orders shipped or delivered through Aswaqi. It should be read together with the Terms & Conditions and Refund & Returns Policy. Shipping options, transit periods and prices shown on the Shipping & Delivery page are intended to help customers choose a suitable method before their order is dispatched.
All shipping and delivery estimates begin only after the customer's order has been fully prepared and dispatched. Preparation may include sourcing products, supplier processing, manufacturing, collecting goods from different suppliers, inspection, consolidation, packaging and other handling required before shipment. Preparation time is therefore not included in the shipping periods displayed on the website.
Aswaqi may offer Air Freight Express for fast or urgent shipments. The current website indicates an estimated transit time of 48 hours or more from dispatch and an estimated rate of 800 MRU per kilogram. The 48-hour figure is not a guaranteed maximum delivery time. Actual transit time and pricing may vary depending on the shipment, route, airline capacity, customs procedures and current operating conditions.
Aswaqi may offer Standard Air Freight for customers seeking a more economical air-shipping option. The current website indicates an estimated transit period of approximately three weeks, generally up to about 25 days from dispatch, and an estimated rate of 600 MRU per kilogram. These figures are estimates and may change according to the route, shipment characteristics and current freight conditions.
For general sea cargo that does not contain replica-brand goods, the current website indicates an estimated transit period of approximately three months or more from dispatch. The estimated freight rate is approximately 7,000 to 8,000 MRU per CBM. Actual CBM pricing and transit time may change according to cargo volume, route, carrier availability, port conditions and other current shipping circumstances.
For sea cargo containing replica-brand or other cargo requiring the applicable special shipping arrangement, the current website indicates an estimated transit period of approximately three months or more from dispatch and an estimated rate of approximately 8,500 to 9,000 MRU per CBM. Acceptance of any particular product remains subject to the applicable carrier, customs, destination-country and legal requirements. Aswaqi does not guarantee that every category of goods can be transported on every route.
Rates displayed on the website are indicative estimates rather than permanently fixed prices. International freight prices can change because of fuel costs, airline or vessel capacity, route changes, seasonal demand, carrier charges, cargo characteristics, exchange conditions and other factors. The applicable price for a customer's shipment will be the price confirmed for that shipment before the relevant shipping service is arranged.
International shipments may be delayed by airlines, shipping lines, freight forwarders, customs authorities, inspections, route changes, weather, port or airport congestion, public holidays, strikes, government restrictions, security procedures or other circumstances outside Aswaqi's reasonable control. Aswaqi cannot guarantee an exact arrival date where transportation depends on independent carriers or authorities.
A delay caused by a carrier, customs authority, port, airport, government body, weather event or another circumstance outside Aswaqi's reasonable control does not by itself create an automatic right to cancel a confirmed order or receive a refund, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Aswaqi will provide available shipment information and reasonable assistance where possible.
Goods may pass through multiple independent logistics providers, warehouses and handling points during international transportation. Damage, crushing, breakage, loss or mishandling caused while the goods are under an independent carrier's control is not automatically considered an Aswaqi fulfillment error. Where a freight claim or insurance process is available, Aswaqi may reasonably assist the customer with documentation or evidence in its possession. This does not exclude responsibility that applicable law places directly on Aswaqi.
Aswaqi may arrange or coordinate ordinary shipment preparation and packaging as applicable to the order. Certain fragile, oversized, high-value or special-category products may require additional packaging, crates, protection or special handling at an additional cost. Even careful packaging cannot eliminate every risk associated with international freight and third-party handling.
Where tracking information is available for the selected shipping method, Aswaqi may provide the customer with shipment updates or a tracking reference. Tracking frequency and detail depend on the carrier and route. Some freight services do not provide continuous real-time scans at every stage, and a period without a new tracking update does not necessarily mean that the shipment has stopped moving.
Aswaqi may manage or assist with customs procedures as described for the applicable service, but customs authorities remain independent government bodies. Customs may inspect, hold, request documents for, assess charges on or otherwise process cargo according to applicable rules. Customs processing times are outside Aswaqi's direct control and may affect the final delivery date.
Unless a quotation expressly states otherwise, governmental duties, taxes, permits, penalties, inspection fees or special regulatory charges are not automatically included in the product price. Customers must provide accurate information concerning the destination and intended shipment. Goods that are prohibited or restricted by law, customs rules or carrier policy may be refused, delayed, returned or otherwise handled according to the applicable requirements.
Aswaqi offers door-to-door delivery to the customer's location in Mauritania. The current Shipping & Delivery page states that delivery in Nouakchott starts from 600 MRU. Delivery elsewhere inside Mauritania depends on the shipment's size, weight and delivery location. The final local-delivery charge should be confirmed for the customer's specific shipment.
The customer is responsible for paying the shipping and delivery amount applicable to their order. Payment for the products does not automatically mean that all international freight or door-to-door delivery charges have been paid unless the order or quotation expressly states that they are included. If an outstanding shipping or delivery balance is required, Aswaqi is not obligated to arrange or complete that transportation stage until the required amount has been paid.
The customer is responsible for providing a correct name, telephone number, city, delivery location and any other information reasonably required to complete delivery. Aswaqi is not responsible for additional delay or cost resulting from incorrect, incomplete or outdated customer information. Additional charges caused by failed delivery, rerouting, storage or repeated delivery attempts may be payable by the customer where applicable.
If a customer refuses delivery without an approved reason, cannot be reached, fails to provide required information or does not pay an outstanding delivery charge, the shipment may be held, stored or returned depending on the carrier's rules. Any additional costs resulting from the customer's failure to receive the shipment may be charged to the customer where permitted.
If an item paid for by the customer was not purchased, included or correctly fulfilled because of a verified Aswaqi error, the issue will be handled under the Terms & Conditions and Refund & Returns Policy. Depending on the verified circumstances, Aswaqi may arrange the missing or correct item, provide credit or refund the amount attributable to the affected item.
Aswaqi is not responsible for failure or delay caused by events outside its reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, war, civil disturbance, epidemics, strikes, carrier shutdowns, port or airport closures, government action, customs restrictions, major system outages or comparable exceptional events. Performance will resume when reasonably possible.
Because freight conditions change, Aswaqi may update shipping methods, estimated rates, transit periods, routes or service availability. Changes displayed for future shipments do not automatically alter a shipping arrangement already expressly confirmed and paid for, unless the change results from circumstances requiring a new arrangement and the customer is informed accordingly.
This Shipping Policy explains shipping-specific rules. Order confirmation, customer mistakes, limitation of liability and general contractual matters are addressed in the Terms & Conditions. Refund, replacement and missing-item rules are addressed in the Refund & Returns Policy. Customers should review all applicable policies before completing payment.
Important: All transit times begin after dispatch and do not include order preparation time. Rates and transit periods shown on the website are estimates and can change with current shipping conditions.
